A client of ours in the Harlow area are recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is a part-time permanent position paying £30,000 - £35,000 pro-rata depending on experience and working 3-4 days per week (flexible working hours between core hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday).

**Your key duties in this Marketing Coordinator role will include but are not limited to**:

- Co-ordinate all marketing activity, ensuring that each marketing project is overseen at every stage of the process and delivered on-time and to budget.
- Implement marketing strategies and plans as agreed with the Marketing Manager.
- Execute a wide variety of projects that involve direct mail, PR, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other tactical projects that deliver the strategic marketing plan.
- Co-ordinate the production of a wide range of marketing communications and materials, both internally and externally
- Day-to-day management of social media channels, including Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
- Build relationships with external suppliers
- Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaigns and make recommendations.
- Write and maintain content and provide regular updates to company website.
- Assist in the writing, tracking and delivery of press releases.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop lead-generation plans with targets, measures and objectives.
- Provide a monthly marketing report to the Marketing Manager
- Covering other roles within the Marketing department when needed

**Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role**:

- Proficient in IT - such as Microsoft Office and be specifically skilled in design packages, such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience running successful PPC campaigns through Google and Microsoft platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Self-motivated and confident
- Effective project management and organisational skills
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
