An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a team, sitting in the Learning and Development department assisting with various administrative tasks.

The role will be working full-time, Monday to Friday with three days in the office and two days from home.

**Client Details**

You will join a large, successful retail organisation assisting the Learning and Development team on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract.

**Description**

**The key responsibilities of the Learning and Development Administrator include**:

- Respond to enquiries from service users to provide information in line with agreed protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders/team members
- Assist the Learning and Development Manager with various Administrative tasks
- Utilise LMS system

**Profile**

**The successful Learning and Development Administrator**:

- Previous experience working in an Administrative role
- Proficient using various MS Packages including; excel, word and MS Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Highly organised
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- A keen interest in Learning and Development

**Job Offer**
