**Who we are**

We’re a digital customer experience agency collaborating with healthcare and pharmaceutical organisations around the world to create digital experiences that are truly aligned to audience needs. Our services fall under three core pillars: strategy, user research and design. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced mid level product designer to join our dynamic team.

In joining us, you’ll become part of a creative, diverse, and rapidly growing team, guided by our mission: making a measurable difference to people’s health and wellbeing through creating meaningful digital experiences.

As a Mid-Level Product Designer, you will work closely with our senior product designers to take ownership of various projects. Presenting your work to stakeholders and demonstrating the positive impact of your designs will be crucial to your role.

Your work will be outcome-focused, user-centred, and data-informed. You will share your work early and often, seeking feedback and participating in design reviews. As part of a talented team of designers, researchers, developers, account managers, and project managers, you will have ample opportunity for collaboration and professional growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Support senior product designers in maintaining and growing our design system for key accounts.
- Collaborate with UX designers to produce high-fidelity journeys that utilise design systems and ensure a consistent approach.
- Work with researchers, developers, and customer service teams to refine the final product.
- Plan and estimate BAU tasks with the project manager and senior product designer.
- Present your work to stakeholders and advocate for user-centred design solutions.
- Actively participate in design reviews and seek feedback to continuously improve your designs.

**Skills and Experience**

**Required**:

- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience creating or working with design systems, particularly projects linked to libraries.
- Strong understanding of usability and accessibility in web design.
- Ability to identify and address pain points and opportunities within customer journeys.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking, UX principles, and research methodologies.
- Experience presenting design work to teams and stakeholders.

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (UX designers, UI designers, researchers).

- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.

**What We Offer**
