**Commercial Manager - M&E sector** Working for a Principal contractor's M&E division, focused on leading the North East region.

**Location**: Leeds is the main office working 2/3 days at home and 2/3 days in the office with the team.

**Salary**:£70,000 - £75,000 basic + Car + Package

**Overview**:
The Resolute Group has been retained by national main contractor who are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead their North East region for the M&E division worth £20m in value.

Project values range from 50k to £7m all focused on M&E packages of work. Types of work include both HV and LV projects covering new build, refurbishments and power connections. Types of projects could include:

- NHS
- Manufacturing
- Local Authorities
- New build developers
- Data Centres
- Energy & Wind farms
- Marine & Ports.

As the Commercial Manager you will report into the Commercial Director for the division, leading a team that has a focus on high volume, low value, high margin based work. Not interested in turn over but the right project at the right price ensuring youhave additional margins built into a project. You role will be to support and mentor your team, developing the younger member and being hands on for the larger more complex projects.

Ideally from with in the construction sector so you understand M&E service offerings or from a specialist M&E contractor. The projects are for a mix of clients directly and other main contractors delivering M&E specific packages.

**Your background**:

- Commercial qualification - Ideally in Quantity Surveying be it HNC / HND or Degree
- Previous Senior Quantity Surveying experience be it looking to step up or already leading a small team and looking for your next challenge
