**The Role**

Key purpose of the role is to undertake all necessary site inspections, surveys and meetings away from the office.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Being able to climb ladders, work in confined spaces and be capable of entering a typical construction site environment.
- Readiness to take on additional responsibilities, commensurate with the grade and to represent the section or service to assist in the implementation of Best Value, Quality Assurance, or other initiatives
- Working with Building Regulations (Approved Documents), British Standards and Codes of Practice.

To be considered for this role you will require to use computers for the recording of site visits, preparation of reports and other correspondence.

The below skills will be essential for the role:

- Degree, HNC or degree equivalent in a construction-related discipline and evidence of dealing with medium to high-rise residential, industrial and commercial developments.
- Under the Building Safety Bill there will be a requirement for the post holder to become a Registered Building Inspector at competence levels B and ideally C.
- Hold a full UK driving licence

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering **£40 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35**.
