**Job Description - Tea Supervisor**:

- Training staff.
- Managing staff's work schedules and inform line manager if you need any staff in advance.
- Conducting regular inspections of the bus to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Checking in on customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other essentials are adequately stocked.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Make sure a report will send to the management team daily, including.
- Departure time of every tour and finishing time
- Any diversion and what was the landmarks that been covered.
- Any delay on the services and what caused it.
- Any mechanical problems with the bus.
- Any No show/Go show.
- Any issue with the food delivery.

Any other task relevant to the job asked by your duty manager to do.

Contracted hours will be 45 hours a week.

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, SW1V 1QB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
