As HR Advisor you’ll be assisting with the ongoing development and provision of an effective and efficient Operational HR service, you’ll help us play a vital part in delivering the highest standards of customer service. We go above and beyond because whatwe do makes a difference, it is vital that this also resonates with you as you’ll be the first point of contact for all HR related queries for all staff. You’ll build and maintain good working relationships throughout the organisation and help embed trustand confidence with the people managers to promote HR best practice.

You will have proven experience working as a HR professional, with ideally a CIPD qualification and a good grasp of employment law and HR best practice. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively are vital as is a strong senseof customer service. You must also be willing to commit to the core values of HUC.
