You're an ER Adviser looking to have more autonomy; would like to have an impact and help shape an ER strategy. Ever looking for a company where you can progress and develop within an organisation.
This role will work with the regional People Partners and the Area and General Managers providing support for their employee relations. The style of HR is very much focussed on guiding and coaching managers on how to deal with ER and putting them in the driving seat.
They're fortunate to be financially secure, and are constantly re-investing in the business. They operate in over 70 sites, and are opening c3 sites every year.
You will report directly into the People Director and will have the autonomy for implementing the ER strategy across their sites with the wider People Team.
The salary is c£40k, with a bonus scheme that had been paid out on regularly, and electric car scheme (effectively a salary sacrifice scheme). They operate a 35hr week.
The culture is not corporate, decision are made swiftly, and the Team are focused, commercial and very welcoming.
They take talent management and career progression seriously, and having worked with them for over 10 years have seen how people have moved within HR and also moved into HR. For example the reason why this role has come about is due to promotion to a People Partner role.
The recruitment process is swift and relevant.
