Job Introduction
We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Lancashire children’s services. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated **Bank Administrator** to play a vital part in delivering impeccable customer service to our service users for **HCRG Care Group**.
This **Bank **role is perfect for an **Administrator** who is looking for work/life balance. Not only does the role also offer **flexibility** but also hybrid working. Come join our team and make a real difference to the children and families that need our support.
Main Responsibilities
- Scheduling of appointments for child health vaccination and immunisations and surveillance..
- Dealing appropriately with telephone enquiries from GP practices, providers, parents and other external organisations.
- Performing administrative duties taking in account departmental procedures.
Our new team member will have excellent time management and be able to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
For this role experience of learning and using multiple systems would be useful, as well as competent in PowerPoint, Microsoft office etc.
Driving Licence is preferable.
