We are recruiting an experienced Transactions Specialist to work on data input within our Purchase and Sales Ledger team working across all Group entities including Affordable Housing and Healthcare Group, Platinum Skies, Quantum and our Commercial assets (Shopping centres).

Working within our Finance Department this team will manage all aspects of Purchase and Sales ledger processing of invoices and Payments.

Results driven, confident in your ability to get the job done and excellent communication skills are essential. You will have experience working in a fast-paced, performance driven environment.

Main Duties include:
1. Processing of all Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger invoices to SAGE/SICON ensuring correct coding.

2. Ensuring all invoices and purchase orders are correctly approved before being processed for payment.

3. Monthly Reconciliation of supplier statements.

4. Processing of all employees’ expenses

5. Processing of all credit card charges.

6. Ensuring all Purchase Invoices match approved purchase orders.

7. Maintenance of the Aged Creditor Reports, preparation of payment runs, sending out remittances.

8. Daily Bank Entries and Bank reconciliations.

9. Resolving all queries quickly and efficiently

10. Liaising will all aspects of the business on purchase ledger matters

11. Dealing with Internal departments where necessary, including training and assisting on WAP/SICON.

12. Set up new suppliers.

13. Inputting employee timesheet data when required.

14. Ensuring smooth handover of the utility bills, with up to date readings and council tax when residents move in.

15. Training and assisting other departments with SICON/WAP queries.

Other Responsibilities:

- Undertake such other duties, as requested by the line manager, consistent with the responsibility and grading of the post.
