We are recruiting an experienced Transactions Specialist to support Affordable Housing and Healthcare Group, Platinum Skies, Quantum and our Commercial assets (Shopping centres).

Working within our Finance Department this Group will manage all aspects of Transactional support including processing of invoices, Payments, VAT and CIS.

Results driven, confident in your ability to get the job done and excellent communication skills are essential. You will have experience working in a fast-paced, performance driven environment.

Main Duties include:
1. Oversight of all transactions services for:
a. AHH Group

b. Platinum Skies Management Ltd

c. Commercial assets (Shopping centres)

2. Ensure the correct processing and coding of all Purchase Ledger and Sales invoices to SAGE/SICON, including the input of invoices where necessary.

3. Ensuring all invoices and purchase orders are correctly approved before being processed for payment (Ensuring all Purchase Invoices match approved purchase orders)

4. Maintenance of Aged Creditors report.

5. Set up new suppliers and subcontractors including the verification of subcontractor CIS status.

6. Processing of all employees’ expenses and credit card charges. Checking expenses are correctly approved and in line with the corporate expense policy.

7. Raising the monthly construction certificates for payment and retention release (ensuring VAT, CIS and Reverse Charge VAT are correctly dealt with)

8. Supervision of Daily Bank entries and daily bank reconciliations.

9. Prepare and process the mid-month, month end payment runs along with any ad-hoc requests.

10. Setting up of Budgets in the accounting system when required.

11. Liaising will all aspects of the business on Transactional matters and Resolving all queries quickly and efficiently

12. Reconciling supplier statements

13. Dealing with VAT/working knowledge.

14. Preparing VAT returns when required to do so.

15. Intercompany Recharges.

16. Training and assisting on WAP/Purchase Order processing/Subcontractor Applications for payments.

17. CIS Processing and monthly returns.

18. Oversight of and checking to ensure all Shopping centre invoicing has been processed;
a. Reconciling all Tenant accounts (Commercial assets)

19. Supervision of the Transaction Clerks.

Other Responsibilities:

- Undertake such other duties, as requested by the line manager, consistent with the responsibility and grading of the post.
