**Responsibilities Will Include**
The day to day management of online product sales.
- Answer the phone regarding sales and product information
- Help to maximise sales traffic and brand awareness online.
- Contributing to ongoing developments and improvements and introducing new concepts to drive online traffic and sales.
- Liaising with the team regarding online and telephone-based sales.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
**Technical Skills**
- Experience working with SAGE
- Some telephone experience within a sales or customer service environment
- Good use of written English and grammar
- Strong phone presence and experience in managing inbound and outbound calls
- A technical understanding of auto electronics is essential to this role.
