A very well-established company in Bristol have a new opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their fun and friendly team The role is working Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00

The Sales Support Coordinator role:
- You will help to ensure effective management of sales processes in the delivery of outstanding service to customers and suppliers.
- Liaising with key accounts, and being the first point of contact for sales queries, handling front-line telephone calls and handling customer and supplier queries promptly
- Coordinating logistics from suppliers to customers, processing sales orders and communicating with suppliers
- General sales admin, maintaining order and stock systems and stock process. Managing shipping documents, resolving account queries, managing invoice and credit notes
- Assisting with travel arrangements for an on behalf of the Sales Directors and managing the sales office diary
- Wholesale supply experience and liaising with invoicing and credit control teams that is very desirable
- Competent administration, organisation and time management skills.
- Previous experience of dealing with stock control systems and procedures, and excellent telephone call handling skills are required.
- Strong eye for detail, and excellent numeracy and accuracy skills.
- Full comprehension of the Microsoft office packages and ideally if you have used a CRM system previously that would be fantastic
