**Digital Artworker / Graphic Designer Requirements**

- The individual must have a strong work ethic with specialist design experience including website, social media and creative graphic design skills across both digital and traditional print.

What we are looking for:

- Experience of 1-2 years in a Graphic Design role is required
- Comfortable in working with both Mac and PC operating systems
- Detailed working knowledge of Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Experience in managing multiple workloads across Microsoft Office 365
- Any experience of Javascript, SEO/Digital Organic Marketing, Wordpress, would be an advantage
- Clearly, any hospitality experience would be highly advantageous for this role You should:

- Have a Graphic Design or related degree preferred or relevant industry experience
- Having worked as a Graphic Designer / Creative Artworker for at least 1-2 years
- You are looking for a new up-weighted role
- Excellent artwork skills with knowledge of end-to-end digital, web and print processes
- Passionate about design with excellent attention to detail and good typographic skills
- Have the ability to work quickly and efficiently to KPI's whilst maintaining high design standards
- Ability to gel with a team but are self-driven when required
- Able to work through multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Have strong organisational skills, with excellent English and verbal communication skills

Detailed Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside our Sales Director within our creative marketing department we are looking to recruit an in-house Graphic Designer / Digital Artworker to join our team. Based at our main office in Dalziel Park in Motherwell, you would enjoy an excellent working environment and generous staff benefits including 50% off all meals for up to 12 of your family and friends. This is exciting new post and is a fantastic opportunity for a designer with the necessary experience, vision and drive to join our company.
- You will be required to complete multiple projects every week and you will be able to deliver and execute this work in a well-planned and coordinated manner.
- A fast-paced, ever-changing environment the role will sometimes involve ad-hoc evenings / weekends delivery in line with the needs of a successful 365-day Hospitality Business.
