As a Barclays Loan Servicing Client Service Lead, you will be working within Operations & Technology who lead on four Transaction Cycles. Within this role you will set up and manage a Client Loan Servicing Triage team, reviewing external and internal colleague/ stakeholder mailboxes and ensuring rapid resolution of queries/processing issues. You will also proactively identify Triage team themes and trends, and implement change to improve processes and client journeys.

**What will you be doing?**:

- You will be responsible for onshore support for operational escalations and query management
- Operating as primary source of expertise and reference for complex and technical queries, as well as issues from operatives in relation to processing
- Analysing existing work practices - system and procedural - identifying and implementing areas for improvement
- Ongoing development of Loan Servicing Triage team key performance metrics and maintenance of agreed SLA's
- Producing management reports on the team and centre performance
- Working closely with, and influencing a wide-ranging and diverse set of senior stakeholders (internally and externally) to deliver business KPI's and to enhance client journeys
- Developing robust working relationships with and managing key stakeholders across BI and the wider Group and secure their support to achieve goals
**What we're looking for**:

- Significant experience in financial or accountancy environment, including complex problem resolution working under own initiative
- Proven experience in a large scale Operational environment
- Good understanding of lending including Reconciliation, ACBS, LIQ and Facility Agreements
- Proven experience in Workload management / capacity planning
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Proven team management skills; ability to be flexible to support other analysts along with the ability to complete or advise on completion of high volume routine/non-routine tasks
- Excellent decision making skills with good planning, co-ordination and organisational skills
