To be successful as an Agency Loan Servicing Specialist, you should have experience with:

  • Strong expertise in syndicated loan structures, agency roles, and the full lifecycle of syndicated lending, including servicing platforms like ACBS and Loan IQ.
  • Proven ability to manage operational projects, streamline workflows, and lead issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in defining and reporting operational metrics and risk indicators, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Deep understanding of payment processing, financial transaction verification, and strengthening control frameworks within loan servicing operations.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage workflows, prioritise tasks, and support change initiatives effectively.
  • Proficient in data visualisation using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to present complex information clearly for decision-making.
  • Consistently applies a risk and control mindset, ensuring compliance and promoting accountability across all operational activities.

Purpose of the role

To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.

Accountabilities

  • Support with day-to-day Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.
  • Monitoring the bank's lending operations to ensure that they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Development and implementation of Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Development of reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale Lending Services.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.
