Purdy Contracts Ltd, part of Kinovo Plc, has an opportunity for a Operational Supervisor (multi trades) to join our Purdy team responsible for overseeing and managing a number of directly employed and Agency/Sub Contract workers. Base office will be located in Erith but you will be required to cover areas within the M25 and parts of Kent.

The role is responsible for on-site management and supervision, resource/workload planning of directly employed operatives (DLO’s), and subcontractors, including finishing trades, ensuring high quality, timely and safe works order contract delivery and client/customer liaison and satisfaction. Whilst your main area of responsibility rests with our Voids programme across contracts, as a Supervisor you will be expected to cover other Operational Supervisor positions and duties throughout Purdy.

You will ensure adherence to company process and administration systems, which includes maintaining documented records and reporting daily, weekly, monthly on performance related activities such as: Health & Safety, inductions, method, risk & COSSH assessments, toolbox talks, quality audits/inspections.

You must be IT competent, have a full clean driving licence (company van is provided), good on-site supervisory skills, and up to date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
