Evolve Home Energy Solutions are a fast-expanding insulation and home improvement company. We are looking at expanding and assisting our compliance team at our head office in Monmouth in a full-time role.

Due to the nature of the business, we require someone who is willing to take on a role that is dynamic and could include a number of tasks that may change day to day these may include.
- Assisting Compliance Assistant with administrative tasks as required including data submissions ensuring to maintain a good level of performance and efficiency
- Processing grant funded claims through data processing
- Organising and maintaining the office, including filing any documentation
- Assist with document production including copy typing and formatting word
- Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages and directing the callers
- File checking

Personal attributes:

- Demonstrates strong and accurate attention to detail
- High levels of concentration
- Meticulous
- Good IT skills, including Outlook and Excel.Including the ability to work with different software
- Self-motivated, passionate, able to work quickly and under pressure.
- Be able to work in a flexible and responsive manner according to business requirements
- Pro-active and works on own initiative
- Ability to be confidential and handle sensitive information
- Demonstrates a good level of English spelling and grammar
- Excellent time management skills with theability to re-prioritise
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress
- Ability to work to deadlines, targets and monthly KPIs
