Pure Leisure Group is an established family business which has for many years now been a market leader in leisure and holidays in the U.K. The Company owns and operates holiday parks throughout the North West, Wales, Yorkshire, Scotland and East Anglia.

The Grounds People undertake the day to day maintenance of the park in accordance with Company policies, and in a manner which maximises the benefits of the facilities to holiday home owners and holiday guests.

You need to be self-motivated with the ability to act on your own initiative and as part of a team so you will need to have a flexible approach to your work. You will also have good interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer care
- To undertake chargeable work as directed by the Park Manager
- To note and report any work requiring attention to the Park Manager, as soon as possible (e.g., burst pipes, dangerous steps, paths and services etc.)
- To undertake minor repairs and other maintenance activities, in line with your skills, as directed by your line manager
- You will be required to keep records of completed works and comply with all health and safety regulations, including carrying out routine checks and maintenance of supplied equipment
- Ensuring all work areas are presented and managed to the highest level at all times.
- Take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons and visitors, by following all legislative guidelines for the preparation, use and disposal of chemicals, the safe use of tools, plant and equipment and promoting safe working practices in all areas of operation at the course
- Ensuring that all faults and defects, equipment, tools, buildings, etc., within the remit of grounds maintenance are reported
- Comply with company policies, rules and procedures at all times

Any other duty as directed by your line manager, commensurate with your role
