The HR Business Partner delivers services through supporting our senior leaders in achieving effective solutions and change through comprehensive, and pragmatic HR advice to compliment our values.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the MD of Employment services and their direct reports to create functional people plan aligned to the people strategy and functional priorities.
- To provide a fully integrated and tailored HRBP service tailored to the needs of the business.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR interventions and core HR activity to enable delivery of business objectives.
- Act as project lead for all complex HR operational activity such as restructuring, redeployment, redundancy, and TUPE matters, through analysis and designing clear project plans.
- Identify key resourcing requirements and support the selection of senior leaders ensuing the right level of capability is recruited.
- Develop succession and talent plans for the business unit you support.
- Coach and develop the HR Advisors in the team
- Analyse and monitor business unit HR metrics to highlight trends and issues.
- Provide managers with options, and advice relating to any associated potential risks to enable their decision making in relation to people management issues.
- Work with the business to embed group-wide change initiatives.
- Work as an effective member of the HR team ensuring that regular contributions are made to facilitate the development and knowledge base of the HR service.

- Adaptable and flexible; able to cope with changing and competing priorities and direction.
Skills Required:
- Level 5 or above CIPD Qualified (Chartered/Graduate/ Associate membership).
- Proven experience in a Senior Advisor or HRBP role
- Experience of managing change projects including restructuring and redundancies.
