**Job Title**: Scheduler

We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to oversee national engineering team activities and job allocations with precision and efficiency. Utilizing advanced scheduling software, you will manage the deployment of engineering resources to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, aiming for first-time fixes in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). This involves coordinating both internal national engineers and subcontractors, overseeing job completion, and ensuring accurate documentation and parts management.
Key responsibilities include scheduling all reactive and planned maintenance tasks to suitable resources based on location, expertise, and response targets. You will meticulously record job details in IT systems, optimize engineer productivity, and address incomplete jobs promptly. Monitoring engineer travel and activities, you will respond swiftly to any operational issues, arranging third-party attendance as needed and managing associated procurement processes.
The role demands meticulous adherence to response times and cost controls, maintaining professional communication with stakeholders at all times. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards is essential, along with maintaining comprehensive audit trails. You'll be expected to promptly escalate any issues affecting job delivery or client satisfaction.
