Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham for a Scheduler. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules for maintenance and repair services to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The role involves communicating effectively with various teams, clients, and vendors to plan appointments, manage workloads, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Additional tasks may include tracking service progress, optimizing schedules, and providing administrative support.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and technicians
- Proficiency in scheduling software and related administrative tools
- Ability to problem-solve and manage conflicts in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining schedules and records
- Prior experience in logistics, scheduling, or a related field is an advantage
- Familiarity with the property maintenance or compliance industry is a plus
