**Position Overview**:
Pepperells is seeking a motivated Post Completions Assistant to join our growing Conveyancing team. As a Post Completions Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing solicitors through administrative duties specific to post-completion processes. This role is designed to contribute to the efficient functioning of the Conveyancing department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Diarise OS1 and Companies House dates to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Effectively deal with requisitions from the Land Registry in a timely manner.
- Maintain an orderly system for managing all post-completion matters.
- Update and respond promptly to requests from lenders, brokers, and clients regarding the progress of registrations.
- Send copies of completion registrations to clients and lenders, along with any additional documents required.
- Bring to the attention of the Post Completion Paralegal any matters that pose a risk of removal from a lender panel.
- Manage any balances on account in accordance with the firm's policy.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working in a conveyancing legal environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with conveyancing processes and procedures.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment specific to conveyancing cases.
