A PMO Data Analyst is required to join the Programme Management Office to provide analysis and insights from a diverse portfolio of capital delivery projects. The PMO Data Analyst will be joining a developing PMO Team, working to report on, and support with, Project Delivery across Affinity Water.
This role will support the PMO Manager in management and analysis of Project Delivery data across the capital delivery portfolio. Ensuring data collected adds value to programme management and can be utilised to drive business decisions and improve project and programme management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Production of monthly performance reporting
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels including portfolio, programme and project managers to ensure timely provision of accurate information in line with the agreed reporting cycle to improve visibility and project health.
- Monitor projects to ensure quality data is being captured.
- Support risks and benefits tracking, analysis, and reporting
**Required Experience**:
- Experience of working with large data sets
- Data analysis techniques
- Experience with working with project and programme managers, and 3rd party suppliers
- Good communication and reporting skills - Excel skills, PowerPoint Presentations etc
- Previous PMO Analyst experience, in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment (Desired)
