***About the role**

The Product Proposition Principal will be responsible for leading E2E commercial analysis to determine product market fit and economic benefits / viability of OSP propositions - for both partners and the Ocado Group. You will be working cross-functionally with our other internal teams such as Technology, Finance and Engineering teams to adapt how our solutions are designed and built to optimize our partners E2E economics. You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure you are leveraging and conveying the teams knowledge on commercial impact.

***About you**
- Strong understanding of commercial / economic modelling principles and experience building business cases and analysing scenarios based on P&L impact
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional storytelling ability
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in product strategy or product development (ideally in grocery e-commerce)
- Experience in strategy or management consultant within the grocery sector
