**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
- Process orders and manage data entry tasks with precision.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in typing accurately and quickly.

Pay: £12.23-£12.24 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
