**Lettings and Sales Administrator - Golders Green - £25,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience**
My Client, a North West London based Real Estate Agency, are currently seeking an experienced Lettings and Sales Administrator to join their family feel office in Golders Green.
You will be a vital part of the team, providing full administrative support to the Lettings and Sales team. The role will be extremely busy and fast paced with a high volume of tenancies so requires an individual who is proactive, possesses a strong analytical skillset and an excellent eye for detail.
Proven Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression is essential.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and progress lettings deals from point of offer to move in to include booking of utility safety certificates, tenancy agreements, obtaining references, booking of third party services and checking completion of deal
- Carrying out Right to Rent checks
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, inventory clerk, landlords and tenants
- Handling check ins, check outs and pre tenancy cleans
- Overseeing the marketing of all available properties; uploading to the website and property portals, maintaining adverts in windows, creating brochures and arranging photographers
- Handling tenancy renewals
- Arranging viewings
- Key Management
- Diary management of the Lettings and Sales team
- Creating sales brochures and window cards
- Sending out Sales Memorandums
- Creating valuation letters, asking for AML documents
- General office administration including ordering of stationery, photocopying, filing, archiving, tidiness of office, franking machine management, opening and distribution of external post
**Skills Required**:
- At least 2 years proven Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent understanding of Lettings Compliance and AST’s
- Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
- Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Understanding or Reapit would be advantageous
**Salary**: £25,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
