You will have the opportunity to do far more than just support the lettings team, you could also get involved with marketing and overall office support
Duties of the Lettings Administrator
Drawing up tenancy agreements, contracts and relevant Lettings Administration
Maintaining the property database
Building relationships with clients
Raise and dispute invoices
Providing administrative support to managers and team
Booking photos, EPC's, EICR's, check-in inventories, gas safety's and cleans
Character profile of Lettings Administrator
Comes from a Lettings or Tenancy background
Team player who deals effective and professionally with colleagues and clients
Confident and assertive
ARLA qualification is desirable
Organised and able to prioritise
Package for the Lettings Administrator
Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:45 pm
Up to £32,000 plus benefits
20 days holiday + Bank holidays and closed over Christmas.
