**Summary**:
The HR Consultant will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to clients across various industries. This role involves working closely with client organizations to understand their HR needs, develop solutions, and implement best practices to optimize their HR functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Consult with client organizations to assess their HR needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and talent development.
- Conduct HR audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to client employees and managers on HR-related topics.
- Advise clients on HR technology solutions and assist with the implementation and optimization of HR systems.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and HR best practices to ensure clients receive accurate and timely advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and confidence in the consultancy services provided.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience working as an HR consultant or in a similar HR advisory role, preferably within a consultancy firm.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex HR issues and develop practical solutions.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
