**Job Descricption**

**Maintenance Team Member**
We are currently looking for experienced Maintenance Team Members to join our small team at Woodhall Country Park reporting directly to the General Manager & the Maintenance Controller.

Duties will include a range of tasks consisting of general maintenance repairs to our large park rental fleet along with the privately owned Lodges.

**Summary of Main Duties**
- Preventative maintenance and basic repairs on Lodges & Buildings.
- Painting & Decorating.
- Basic Plumbing knowledge.
- Ensuring all work undertaken is completed and appropriately recorded on the management system.
- Electrical repair knowledge would be advantageous.
- Carpentry Skills.
- Brick Laying
- Laying slabs
- A good standard of general Maintenacne Housekeeping
- **Essential Requirements**:

- High level of interpersonal skills and good communication skills
- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude along with a can do attitude
- A practical personality with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative
- The ability to carry out basic repairs on Holiday Lodges
- A full clean driving license
- A normal working week will be Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00. You will also be expected to work one weekend in six on a rota. Along with being an on-callout duty maintenance man.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
