The Facilities department are looking to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic Contract Monitoring Supervisor (Band 4) to join the team for a fixed period of 6 months.

You will play a key role in monitoring the performance of external contracts and internal service provision for those services managed by the facilities contracts team. The role involves undertaking cleanliness inspections, internal monitoring of service providers and other monitoring related tasks to ensure compliance with service specifications in line with quality, quantity and cost.

Support with line management of a team of monitoring officers.

As well as being a physically active role, applicants will also require good organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise their workload to meet changing demands.

The role covers 4 week shift pattern.

To support the day to day management of the Contract Monitoring Officers and contracts within the division.

Ensuring team members are fully trained to carry the full range of cleaning audits and any other ad-hoc auditing.

Act as the day-to-day senior point of contact for issues relating to deep cleaning, periodic cleaning, organise the communication, action plans.

You will oversee the auditing schedules and completing audits as part of the team.
