**Finance Business Partner**

Company: Caretech UK

Location: Potters-Bar, Head Office. Opposite Potters-Bar Train Station

**Salary**: up to £60,000, plus benefits

**The Organisation**

Caretech are the largest national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health illness and neurological conditions. They offer over 500 services, and support people tolive as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care. Based in the head office in Potters Bar, Caretech

The Finance Business Partner will report to the Group Commercial Finance Director. The primary objective of the role is to manage shared services costs and to prepare management accounts that are accurate and completed within reporting deadlines. You willbe a key individual in the budget process.

**Main duties & responsibilities**
- Working to support the Commercial Finance Director to ensure budgetary compliance and evaluate Cost saving opportunities
- Provide financial direction, support and guidance to the Heads of the various Shared service departments
- Production and analysis of monthly central cost reporting packs and forecasts
- Work with the Commercial Finance Director on strategy and key projects
- Lead Budget process (With the Commercial Finance Director and BUFCs)
- Work with Commercial Director to ensure that all key financial deadlines are achieved and results accurately reported
- Assist with financial due diligence of acquisitions and post purchase integration.
- Dig behind the numbers to understand key trends

**Requirements**:

- Finance Qualification ACA / ACCA /CIMA
- Strong commercial acumen
- Previous experience with stakeholder engagement/management
- Experience working with non-financial managers to improve performance
- Strong Excel and systems knowledge
- Strong team player, excellent communication skills and thrive under pressure
