The key focus will be producing job cards that are issued to production and working out the best way these will operate in production. **Other duties will include**: - Communicating with internal departments such as Purchasing, order management, Quality, and design to ensure compliance with customer requirements and deadlines. - Processing orders and ensuring on time delivery. - Handling customer queries and complaints. - Analysing customer specifications for print - Maintaining Client Records - Ad hoc tasks as required. **The required traits, skills, and background**: - Minimum of 12 months experience within an office administrative role - Experience with sales order processing and/or administration within manufacturing would be desirable - Excellent organisational skills - Strong numerical skills (the role will involve converting measurements from metric to imperial) - Adaptable with a "do what it takes" attitude to completing tasks within set deadlines. - Assertive and confident with a passion to learn - Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency - Confident in solving problems when required. - Able to work independently or as part of a team.
