We are looking for a qualified, hardworking and dedicated Senior Early Years Practitioner to support the manager and deputy manager in leading and managing the nursery. The vacancy exists for a practitioner who;
- holds a Level 3 childcare qualification
- is experienced in working with young children
- has a good level of general education - English and Maths at GCSE C or above
- is motivated and enthusiastic about high quality child-led learning both indoors and outdoors
- is committed to achieving high standards
- is confident, caring and reliable
- sees the value to be gained from children learning with nature
- sees the value of reflecting on practice, improving and developing it and adapting to new ideas
