Marketing Coordinator

Due to internal promotion we’re looking for a **full-time marketing coordinator** to join our marketing team, based at our UK head office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
**About the Role**:
Our marketing coordinator is responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the marketing team in the delivery of the company’s marketing plan and associated activities across various channels.
The role of a marketing coordinator at Virbac is fast-paced and varied with the responsibility to:
- Assist in creating and updating marketing materials under the direction of the product managers, ensuring that materials are kept up to date and compliant with the NOAH Code of Practice and the Veterinary Medicine Regulations.
- Carefully manage stocks of marketing literature and point of sale materials in close cooperation with the company’s appointed warehousing & distribution partner, ensuring that stock levels are accurate to avoid out of stock or overstock situations.
- Obtain quotes for goods and services from suppliers and place orders in line with the company’s procurement processes.
- Provide support to our Digital & E-Commerce Manager in managing, updating and monitoring the company’s websites, web store and social media platforms.
- Coordinate internal and external company events (such as sales meetings and commercial exhibitions).
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and the wider business.
**About You**:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy administrative role, ideally in a marketing environment
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a genuine passion for pets and a strong interest in animal health
- Thrive working within cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment
