**Our Warehouse Team Leader Opportunity**
Based at our Tyre Warehouse & Distribution the Warehouse Team Leader plays a vital role, combining general warehousing duties plus leadership of a small team of warehouse colleagues plus in a fast paced and customer driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career as part of the site leadership team.
**What you will be doing**
- Providing motivation, leadership and direction to a small team of colleagues across all areas of warehouse activity, to include: goods received, put away, order picking from stock and vehicle loading/unloading, within an environment using manual handling methods and some use of MHE
- Meeting daily customer driven targets and order deadlines, closely monitor performance, developing your team, motivating, all with a hands approach
- Ensuring all operations always within a safe and compliant environment, maintaining high standards of housekeeping

**About you**
- You will be a natural leader of teams and people, somebody who thrives within fast paced customer driven warehousing environments
- Flexible in your approach, able to provide direction and support, though equally hands-on when required, with general good business practise and an excellent eye for detail
- Well organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of IT, WMS or similar systems
