**Hours of work**: 37.5 hours per week (8.30 am - 5 pm), Monday-Friday

**Job Summary**

Get A Drip is a dynamic and rapidly growing health and wellness company, and as part of our expansion we are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Warehouse team, based in our Warehouse in Letchworth Garden City.

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting the efficient and effective functioning of the warehouse and pharmacy. This will include assisting in various tasks related to inventory management, placing orders, branding, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse and pharmacy environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Verify the quantity and quality of received products.
- Assist in organising and maintaining inventory levels.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse space.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages in inventory.
- Placing orders for clinics and franchisees.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with GAD accounts team regarding invoice queries and collaborating monthly stock counts for all core clinics and the warehouse.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Excellent organisational skills, and a great multi-tasker.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to follow safety guidelines.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to build relationships quickly and work with a range of people to achieve results.

**Working Conditions**:

- Based in our temperature controlled and monitored Warehouse in Letchworth.
- 37.5 hours per week (8.30am-5pm), Monday-Friday
