**Job Description**:
**The role of Field Support Supervisor / Care Professional**:
**Based at our Barnsley Office on Huddersfield Road.**
**Full-Time Permanent Contract**
The Field Support role is a full-time 37.5 hour Contract which consists of various tasks including care co-ordination, office administration, on-call weekend rota and caregiving duties, ensuring an excellent service and standard of care to our Clients in the North Sheffield Area.
- ** 5 days per week office/field based (normal days of working Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00pm)**:
- ** Weekend Office working on a rota basis (currently 1 in 4 weekends) - with 2 days taken in lieu the week before or after**:
- ** On-call evening duties on a rota basis (currently 1 in 10 evenings)**:
- ** Care Professional duties where required for the business' need**:
- ** Availability to work alternate weekends may be required on an ad-hoc basis if Client need requires (days to be taken in lieu).**

**Full driving licence/access to own vehicle.**

**Experience of providing a quality service.**
**Ability to coach and mentor Care Professionals.**
**Some administration experience desirable.**
