Fulfilling the 'Senior' part of your role, you will deliver an unbeatable customer journey. You’ll deliver this personally but also through the team by always leading by example and being a guide, mentor, adviser and trainer for your colleagues.

You’ll advocate for the company at all times, supporting and encouraging sales and other company initiatives, and supporting the management of critical tasks such as rota and timesheet preparation, banking, key holder responsibilities and leadership of colleagues. Owing to your fastidious attention to detail, you’ll stay on top of core operational procedures such as stock management and you'll be willing to step out of your comfort zone to suggest ways of improving things.

You’ll delegate well to encourage growth in your team, recognise great performance and won’t be afraid to appropriately manage performance which isn’t up to scratch. You'll support recruitment for your store, working with your Manager to build the best retail sales team around
