Responsibilities include:

- Updating spreadsheets with installation/service requirements and completion information
- Calling customers to book appointments and raising jobsheets
- Assisting with scheduling of jobs, so geographical knowledge and previous experience would be beneficial
- Liaising with Engineers & Project Managers
- Assisting with any other admin tasks, as required

Skills & Experience:

- Excellent Excel skills and competency in other Microsoft packages
- Extremely good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

**Good geographical knowledge of UK**
- Great customer service
- Good organisation skills

Usual Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30
