We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Hotel Supervisor to join the team at our charming 14 bed country hotel situated in the tranquil village of Uplawmoor Renfrewshire (14 miles south of Glasgow and 14 miles north of Irvine).

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise day to day operations of the hotel including check in and check out of guests.
- Train, mentor and supervise staff to deliver customer satisfaction
- Handle guest enquires, comments and complaints promptly and professionally striving to resolve issues to the guests satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery and consistency in food quality
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel too ensure cleanliness and organization of all departments
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as functions
- Opening and closing of the hotel including till reconciliation

**Qualifications**
- Pervious experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector preferably in a hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff and management.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and to cover holidays as needed.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
