Frazer Jones are partnering with a global Creative/Design Consultancy based in London, in search of a Senior HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

The business, is a market leader in Architecture and interior/exterior design. With beautiful studios across EMEA & APAC Including London, Singapore, Shanghai & Hong Kong with circa 350 employees globally.

Working with the Group Talent Director, this role will partner with the operational directors across the UK Studios and associated businesses in the group, embedding key HR interventions and providing professional HR guidance across all aspects of the employeelifecycle. The role supports the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives to enhance the short and long
- term requirements of the Studios/businesses. It leads the EMEA HR team in the delivery of the EMEA people plan, ensuring that HR interventionsare properly embedded and that professional HR guidance is provided. The role works collaboratively with the APAC Senior HR Business Partner and her team
