We have an opportunity available for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global technology business on a 12 month maternity contract. Managing a combination of strategic and operational HR responsibilities this role will play a key part in developingthe business and its people; helping them to reach their full potential.

As a HR Business Partner you will support the CEO, Group Head of HR and business leaders to deliver people solutions.

If you have HR Business Partnering experience with solid foundations as a HR Generalist, enjoy working at pace, and have experience of partnering with senior level stakeholders this is the perfect opportunity.

**Main focus areas**
- Partner with the CEO and key stakeholders to define the HR strategy
- To work with the business to build capability and drive performance
- Support on organisational change
- Support on the establishment of talent management and succession planning
- Management of complex HR issues
- Lead and project manage key group wide HR Projects such as developing Leadership Frameworks

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a HR Business Partner in a commercial organisation (Technology sector would be desirable) supporting and working with senior stakeholders
- Strong foundations as a HR Generalist with excellent Employee Relations experience and employment law knowledge
- Experience in change and leadership management
- Demonstrable experience in coaching and influencing
- Excellent Employee Relations experience
- Sound Talent Management experience
- CIPD membership or equivalent qualification
