**Role Highlights**

JOB ROLE**:Production Executive**

INDUSTRY: **Creative Experiential Marketing & Brand Activation**

HOURS: **Mon to Fri 8:30 - 5:30**

SALARY: **£21,000 - £24,000**

LOCATION: **HQ in Chichester (PO20 7PL)**

**What Will You Be Doing**
- Create cost and production trackers for all internal and external resourcing requirements, manage and update accordingly with Snr Production Manager and Production Manager
- Management & provision of logístical services and products
- Support for provision of installation & crew labour
- Book and manage crew flights and accommodation, and other travel as required
- Ensure total visibility of planned requirements are available to our Global network
- Raising Purchase Orders on WFM in line with job requirements
- Management and review of all subcontracted labour required to deliver prescribed projects
- Manage and post, parcels, and deliveries, in and out of the office, ensuring they are allocated correctly and deliveries from the Company are secure, correctly priced and addressed
- Assist with organising Company events and social occasions as required
- Taking minutes at meetings as required
- Administration on live projects
- Prepare reports as required

**Skills, Experience & Attributes Required**
- A logical approach to troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems

- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Experience of using remote collaboration tools (Teams, Webex, IM)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure meeting tight deadlines whilst demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work
- Self-motivator, results and quality orientated, good organisational skills, attention to detail, positive helpful attitude

**A Day In Your Role**
- 8:30 arrive at the office
- 8:35 a round of oat milk latte’s are being made upstairs in the kitchen
- 8:45 - 9:00 set up for the first meeting of the day at 9am
- 9:00 - 10:00 meeting with production team about general project tracking session (taking minutes)
- 10:00 -10:30 write up notes and send out tasks accordingly from the meeting
- 10:30-11:30 research metalwork suppliers for an upcoming project in the south of France
- 11:30-12:00 check-up with the team in the office about any movements and admin bits
- 12:00-13:00 take one of the office dogs out for a walk around the local fields on your lunch, followed up with a catch-up with some of the team
- 13:00 - 15:00 working on production dashboards and presentations for an upcoming internal meeting
- 15:00-16:00 interdepartmental meeting, to kick off a response to client brief
- 16:00 - 17:00 sit in on a meeting with the Production Manager and one of our suppliers about a job going live - information gathering

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
