The responsibilities for the role include:

- Complete tasks associated with the IT contracts database such as making updates and edits to contract renewal dates and purchasing details.
- Closely with the CVM Associate and Assistant Analyst to support IT purchasing activities.
- Raising PO’s as directed in accordance with the Bank’s policies and processes.
- Liaising with IT Contract Managers and completing Goods Receipting activities.
- Dealing with Vendor & Accounts Payable invoice payment queries.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reporting as required by the CVM team.
- Assist the Assistant Analyst, C&VM during busy periods and during periods of absence.
- Degree educated or relevant experience in purchasing/buying
- Use of SAP & Procurement Tools
- Customer service experience and commercial awareness
- Self-motivated, resourceful, thorough, and capable of establishing collaborative solutions
- Advanced Office Suite skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to prioritise and schedule own workload
- Ability to develop and manage effective cross-departmental networks
