**The Opportunity**

The Surveys Service Consultant will help to convert inbound survey leads and process the associated internal admin and reporting.

The role will involve:

- Support the surveys sales team converting leads and administering surveys bookings
- Confirm the survey requirements with customers
- Allocate the survey instruction to the available surveyor
- Communicate with customers on survey dates
- Resolve any customer queries
- Monitor the completion of scheduled surveys
- Support with the administration and invoicing
- Support the Surveys Manager with surveyor panel management.

**About You**

Effective communicator, excellent telephone manner with customer focus. You will also have/be:

- GCSE or equivalent
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- IT literate to a good standard, particularly MS Office
- Excellent understanding of customer service standards
- Knowledge of the domestic property surveys industry would be an advantage
