A leading heritage and conservation consultancy is seeking an experienced Head of Building Surveying to lead their specialist surveying team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior surveyor to take a strategic role, guiding the delivery of high-quality projects across heritage and conservation properties. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the building surveying team, providing guidance and mentorship Oversee building surveys, condition assessments, and valuations for heritage properties Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering expert consultancy services Drive business development, identifying new opportunities in the conservation sector Support the professional development of team members, including APC/chartered pathways Ensure compliance with heritage regulations, industry standards, and best practice Key Requirements: MRICS-qualified with extensive post-qualification experience Strong leadership and team management skills Proven consultancy experience with complex heritage projects Excellent client management, report writing, and presentation skills Commercially aware with a strategic mindset Salary & Benefits: Up to £70,000 depending on experience Healthcare Pension Life assurance Professional subscriptions Bonus opportunities Flexible/hybrid working options (3:2 split) Apply now, or for a confidential discussion, give Max Condie a call on (phone...
