Job DescriptionHead of Surveying ( Building) Job Description:OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Head of Surveyoring to join our clients team. This is a newly formed business which is set to grow and this is a strategic role which will suit someone looking to lead and grow a dedicated team with potential for equityThe successful candidate will be responsible forSurveying & Building repairs Meeting customers and signing them up. - requiring excellent people skills Accurate and timely surveys Creating schedules of work Pricing cost and value Procurement Management of contractors Aftercare and customer satisfactionInterfaceWork closely with Head of Claims Operations Director and 3rd party contractorsManage the client process and ensure a succesful completion of worksAppoint and manage 3rd party contractorsEnsure work is completed to insurer and clients satisfactionThe company is non-corporate and will suit and ambitious and agile person who wants to own the process and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.With strong investment and appetite for growth this is a unique opportunity which we are excited to be presenting.
