**Job: Care Worker**

**Location**: Northampton

**Salary**: £11 to £13 per hour

**_No experience is necessary_ _as full training and support are given to staff from all backgrounds._**

**Responsibilities of the Support Workers**:

- Most importantly share our passion to deliver the best quality care.
- Assist our clients to meet their desired outcomes (Administration of Medication, Companionship, Personal Care, etc)
- Enjoy working as part of a team of all ages from a wide variety of backgrounds.
- Take pride in recording the support you have offered by keeping accurate records and communicating clearly with your team members.
- Offer an outstanding service that is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led

**Personal Qualities/Requirements of the Care Assistant**:

- No previous experience required, full training and support provided. Individuals from Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail & other sectors are welcome to apply.
- Reliable and enthusiastic team member.
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good organisational skills.
- A true caring nature
- A good communicator
- Ability to work flexible shifts including alternate weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
