- Assist in food and beverage preparation and service
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- To serve from a counter service, breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, confectionery and cold beverages and also take payment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Gallery Cafe area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to be able to start at 7.30am in the morning, finishing at 4pm. Must be able to drive, due to the location. Normal working days would be a Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. However anyone looking for more hours would be offered additional hours in our Porterhouse Restaurant, which would involve evening and weekend work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.43 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
